The Board module plugin provides an anonymous course area for students to share note-like posts, in which external sites, images and videos can be linked.

As an admin, you can setup the Board module plugin with the following options: 

  • The icons that will be displayed for adding a column and board.
  • How the post media types will be displayed.
  • The post content maximum length.
  • Timeout in seconds between automatic board refreshes.
  • The colours for each column.
  • Allowing youtube to be selected as a media type.
  • The embed width and height for a board.
  • Accepted filetypes for background images and content images.
  • The single user modes available.
